Employee Safety
It is the policy of Pepco Holdings, Inc., and its affiliates (collectively, “PHI” or the “Company”) that all Company operations be conducted in a safe manner. Employees and others who work at the Company are expected to strive for an accident free workplace and are expected to comply fully with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and orders, as well as Company policies, guidelines, procedures and work practices, relating to workplace safety.
