On November 1, 2006, The Maryland Public Service Commission directed the Maryland Utilities to postpone issuing the SOS RFPs, pending issuance of an Order in Case 9064, The Competitive Selection of Electricity Supplier/Standard Offer or Default Service for Investor-Owned Utility Small Commercial Customers and Allegheny Power, Delmarva Power and Light and Potomac Electric Power Residential Customers.
