PHI is an energy holding company formed as a result of the merger between Pepco and Conectiv. How do I apply for a position at PHI? You may apply online. What happens once my resume is submitted? Once your resume is received, it is reviewed by our off-site Staffing Center to determine if you appear to meet the requirements for the position. If additional information is needed, our Staffing Center will contact you to conduct a telephone screen. If you appear to meet the posting requirements, you will then be scheduled for tests (if applicable) and/or a structured interview. Can I come to your office to complete an application? No, applications are no longer given out to candidates. Anyone interested in applying for a position may do so online. Can I create a resume online? Yes. PHI has an online resume builder. What if I don't have a computer or access to the Internet? Candidates may visit their local library or Internet café to apply online. Candidates applying for positions at Pepco may visit the Edison Place location and use the PC's in their 1st floor staffing office. What if I don't have access to email?
