PHI's Investment Recovery Program enhances the financial performance of our various lines of business by identifying, selling, repairing, donating or otherwise disposing of idle, surplus and obsolete assets. Assets may include automotive & heavy fleet vehicles, transformers, wire and cable, recycled goods, electrical and electronic components, construction supplies and other materials.
