Atlantic City Electric and Delmarva Power offer several supplier-specific reports to assist third party suppliers. Contact Supplier Relations at (302)283-6012 for access.

The following reports are available:

Open 867 Report: This report is available to suppliers utilizing utility consolidated billing in any of our service areas. The report shows all open 867's that have not received an 810 response by the 867 due date. Basically, the utility sent usage to the supplier and never received charges from the supplier or the utility sent corrected usage and the supplier did not send the cancel or rebill. Suppliers are urged to review this report on a regular basis and take corrective action. New reports are posted on a weekly basis.

Arrears Report: This report is available to suppliers utilizing utility consolidated billing in New Jersey. It lists customers on utility consolidated billing who are delinquent. NJ rules permit Atlantic City Electric to start procedures to switch customers to dual billing if the customer becomes 60 days delinquent. The report includes the 30, 60 and 90 days arrears and can be downloaded into excel. Please download the Arrears File Format for the column headings for the report. New reports are posted on a weekly basis.
