Registration Procedure

Maryland

In order to register with Delmarva Power as a third-party supplier, you must satisfy the following requirements:

  1. You must be licensed and certified with both PJM and the MD PSC.
  2. If you are already licensed and certified with these organizations, please download, complete, and return to Atlantic City Electric the following forms (forms are in .PDF format; if you haven't done so already, please download Adobe Acrobat Reader and install it).
    Note: If you would like to have a certified copy of each form returned to you, please send two (2) copies of each form.
  3. After completing the forms, send them to Supplier Relations.
  4. After Atlantic City Electric has received the required forms, you may register for EDI testing. Please consult the EDI Testing Schedule for notification and submittal deadlines. Contact Supplier Relations to obtain an EDI Registration form.

    Note: You will receive a response from the administrator within five (5) business days (after the company has received your forms). If more than fifteen (15) business days pass and you have heard no response from the company, please contact Supplier Relations.
