Electricity Supplier Registration Form
The supplier uses this form to report company, banking, and contact information when applying to be an electricity supplier in Maryland. The information supplied includes legal name and tax information, license numbers from the PSC and PJM, banking information for customer remittances and settlement payments, and supplier contact information. The supplier should ensure that all information is fully executed by an electricity supplier representative.

EDI Trading Partner Agreement
This form is the legal contract that specifies the terms and conditions to which suppliers and Delmarva Power will adhere in order to facilitate EDI electronic transmissions that are not legally invalid and unenforceable. The contract includes prerequisites to which the supplier must conform, data transmission rules and terms, and other miscellaneous terms and definitions. The supplier should understand these terms and conditions and complete the form if they expect to use EDI to conduct business with Delmarva Power.

Supplier Coordination Agreement
This form is the legal contract that specifies the terms and conditions to which suppliers and Delmarva Power will adhere in order to facilitate the supply of electricity from electricity suppliers to Delmarva Power customers in Maryland. By signing the document, the electricity supplier agrees to conform to the statutes, rules and regulations as set forth by the Maryland PSC, and the representations, warranties and indemnification agreed to between Delmarva Power and the electricity supplier.

Electricity Supplier Credit Application
The electricity supplier uses this form to list banking and trade references so that Delmarva Power can determine the supplier's creditworthiness.

General Information

Supplier Operating Manual
This operating manual describes the procedures that Delmarva Power will use to derive certain load and energy accounting information associated with implementing retail access programs. Its purpose is to facilitate understanding of new data coordination requirements established by PJM to account for electricity transactions in a competitive market environment. The three key information items addressed are Supplier Capacity Peak Load Contribution, Supplier Network Service Peak Load Contribution, and Supplier Hourly Energy Obligation.
