TPS Agreement - Revised December 2004
This document is the legal contract between Delmarva Power and the Third Party Supplier (TPS). It contains definitions, general terms and conditions, representations and warranties, creditworthiness requirements, a description of various processes such as enrollment, termination, scheduling, billing and payment, as well as other provisions. It also contains a scheduling coordinator designation form. This document needs to be executed by both the TPS and Delmarva Power in order for the TPS to be fully registered with Delmarva Power.
TPS Credit Application
This document contains basic information for TPS to provide Delmarva Power in order to register with Delmarva Power. This includes: general company information, banking information, credit information, EDI information, and Guaranty information.
General Information
Supplier Operating Manual
This operating manual describes the procedures that Delmarva Power will use to derive certain load and energy accounting information associated with implementing retail access programs. Its purpose is to facilitate understanding of new data coordination requirements established by PJM to account for electricity transactions in a competitive market environment. The three key information items addressed are Supplier Capacity Peak Load Contribution, Supplier Network Service Peak Load Contribution, and Supplier Hourly Energy Obligation.
