TPS Agreement - Revised December 2004
This document is the legal contract between Atlantic City Electric and the Third Party Supplier (TPS). It contains definitions, general terms and conditions, representations and warranties, creditworthiness requirements, a description of various processes such as enrollment, termination, scheduling, billing and payment, as well as other provisions. It also contains a scheduling coordinator designation form. This document needs to be executed by both the TPS and Atlantic City Electric in order for the TPS to be fully registered with Atlantic City Electric. Any TPS who also plans to utilize consolidated billing must also execute the Customer Account Services Master Service Agreement.

Customer Account Services Master Service Agreement
Also referred to as the NJ Billing Services Agreement, this document is the legal contract between Atlantic City Electric and any TPS using utility consolidated billing services. The agreement contains definitions, general terms and conditions, representations and warranties, creditworthiness requirements, a description of various processes such as purchase of supplier receivables and supplier bill inserts, as well as other provisions. Suppliers offering only dual bills do not need to execute this document.

NJ Customer Account Services Settlement Attachments
Atlantic City Electric specific attachments to the NJ Customer Account Services Settlement. General Information

Supplier Operating Manual
This operating manual describes the procedures that Atlantic City Electric will use to derive certain load and energy accounting information associated with implementing retail access programs. Its purpose is to facilitate understanding of new data coordination requirements established by PJM to account for electricity transactions in a competitive market environment. The three key information items addressed are Supplier Capacity Peak Load Contribution, Supplier Network Service Peak Load Contribution, and Supplier Hourly Energy Obligation.
