Pre-Bid Conference

Delmarva will be holding a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Delmarva’s New Castle Regional Office located at 401 Eagle Run Road in Newark, DE from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm EPT.  The Conference can also be accessed by WebEx.

The purpose of the conference is to review the general RFP structure, process improvements, bid plan, and the power supply contract.  Details about hotel accommodations located near to the Conference appear below.
