Doing Business With PHI

Become a PHI Business Partner

Welcome to Doing Business with PHI. Procurement of all kinds is critical to the efficient, effective and profitable operation of all our component companies. Whether the assignment is top-performing cable for our power distribution system, wholesale power to supply our retail electricity customers or specialized, temporary staff for a key project, we value highly those vendors who deliver the goods and services we need at fair prices and on schedule. We consider such vendors to be our partners in business development, and make every effort to serve them as well as they serve us.

Energy Suppliers
Procuring adequate supplies of electricity at the best available price to serve our utilities’ retail residential and commercial customers is a central responsibility of PHI and certainly a critical one. Power Procurement is therefore a separate, specialized procurement activity which has its own section of our Web site – Energy Suppliers. Our goal in these pages is to enhance the ease and efficiency with which electricity suppliers doing business with Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco—or who wish to do so—can submit their bids and applications, fulfill their contractual obligations and manage their invoices to and payment by PHI.

Vendors
PHI’s operating companies require a vast number of diverse goods and services to do their jobs. We are always open to proposals from new vendors who can show us a good solution at a great price. Explore the Vendors pages to see if a business partnership with PHI might be in your future.

Supplier Diversity
Diversity is a core value at PHI. It is a value we apply to our procurement activities as conscientiously as to our human resources management. If you can supply a PHI requirement and deliver at competitive terms, please visit Supplier Diversity for more information.
