PHI has received national recognition related to both internal / external diversity initiatives. These recognitions reinforce our commitment to foster and maintain diversity at work, in our business transactions with suppliers and the communities in which we serve. Recognitions include:
- PHI’s Legal Department has been awarded the “Employer of Choice” award by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA).
- Hispanic Business Magazine-- PHI recognized as one of the "Top 60 Companies for Hispanics" for 2009.
- Black Enterprise Magazine - PHI named one of the 40 Best Companies for Diversity for fifth year in a row.
