Day In The Life Of - Video
This 20-minute video shows what a day in the life of a typical utility customer might look like in the year 2015. It is based on PHI’s “Blueprint for the Future” energy plan, which uses advanced technologies and energy-efficiency programs to improve customer service and help customers better manage their energy use and costs. The video is divided into seven segments giving you the flexibility to choose which parts you wish to watch.
