Anthony J. Kamerick elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Pepco Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POM) announced that Anthony J. Kamerick has been elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective June 13, 2009, to replace Paul H. Barry who resigned today to pursue other opportunities.

Rigby, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Paul is a talented senior executive and was instrumental in several of the Company’s key strategic and financial initiatives. We wish Paul the best as he moves on to other opportunities. We are especially appreciative of his efforts and the results produced since he joined the Company in September 2007.”
Kamerick was previously elected Senior Vice President and Chief Regulatory Officer of PHI on March 1, 2009. In his capacity as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he will continue to be responsible for regulatory affairs, but will no longer hold the title of Chief Regulatory Officer. Mr. Kamerick will also serve the Company’s utility subsidiaries in the following capacities: Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Potomac Electric Power Company and Delmarva Power and Light Company and Chief Financial Officer of Atlantic City Electric Company.
Prior to March 2009, Kamerick was Vice President and Treasurer of PHI since August 1, 2002, and its predecessor, Potomac Electric Power Company, since 1994. Kamerick has been an employee of PHI and its predecessor, Potomac Electric Power Company, since 1970 and held various positions in the finance area, including Comptroller, prior to 1994.
