Pepco Holdings, Inc. (PHI) is launching redesigned Web sites for the company and its three energy utilities, Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power, and Pepco.  The new Web sites are based on customer input and feature improved navigation to make it easier for customers to find the information they need, such as getting information about power outages after a storm or paying their bill online.

The Web addresses for the sites remain the same:

The purpose of the redesign was to improve the usability and navigation for all the sites based on current best practice and user input.  PHI conducted focus groups with customers across the utility service areas earlier this year to determine how people use the sites and what navigation is most intuitive.  The design and navigation of the new sites are based on this research.

The launch of the redesigned Web sites follows an announcement earlier this year that two of the three PHI utilities would return to the heritage names of Atlantic City Electric and Delmarva Power.  Those two companies previously were known as Conectiv Power Delivery.
