Pepco Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POM), one of the largest energy delivery companies in the mid-Atlantic region, will Web cast the Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, May 21, beginning at 10 a.m. EDT.
PHI Chairman John M. Derrick and Chief Executive Officer Dennis R. Wraase will discuss PHI’s business strategy and performance.
