Pepco Holdings, Inc. Introduces New Corporate Governance Section of Web Site

Washington , DC - Pepco Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POM), today introduced a new section of its Web site, www.pepcoholdings.com , dedicated to corporate governance information. The site includes corporate governance guidelines; business policies; the certificate of incorporation; bylaws; comprehensive information on the board of directors, including committees and their charters; and information on executive leadership. The information has been added to the Web site in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, though PHI added more information to the site than what is required by the Act.

"The new corporate governance Web page will enable shareholders and prospective investors to access, at a single location, important information concerning the management of the company, including the various charters, policies and guidelines adopted in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other recent regulatory initiatives," said Ellen Rogers, vice president and corporate secretary for PHI. "It is a valuable addition to the content we already provide to the public."
