New Castle Regional Office

Transmission functions are located at the New Castle Regional Office (NCRO). The transmission areas are accessible only to those employees with coded card access. Also housed at NCRO are a number of support functions such as regulatory affairs. There are utility marketing function employees located at NCRO. None of the marketing employees have access to the transmission areas. The building also has a number of large conference rooms that are used for corporate meetings.
Atlantic Regional Office (Mays Landing)

Transmission functions are located at the Atlantic Regional Office (ARO). The transmission areas are accessible only to those employees with coded card access. There is one utility marketing function employee located at ARO. That employee does not have access to the transmission areas. The building also has a number of large conference rooms that are used for corporate meetings.
Generating Units Owned by Affiliates
The Energy Affiliates own generating stations that have attached substations. At times, transmission personnel must have access to those substations for system repair and maintenance.
Benning Road Generating Station
At the Benning Road Generating Station, the generator is owned by Pepco Energy Services (PES), while Pepco maintains a building that houses non-transmission –related personnel, as well as a warehouse which serves both Pepco and PES. PES has no employees at the Pepco office space.
Computer Facilities
Both Pepco and Conectiv (ACE and Delmarva) have shared computer networks that have password protections. To the extent transmission information is on those networks, access to the transmission information is available only to those employees granted access by the Chief Compliance Officer.
The Pepco corporate computer system is located at the Pepco Control Center. Employees that maintain that system have been trained not to act as a conduit for transmission information.
Fleet Services
As necessary, employees that perform transmission functions and those that perform marketing functions may request the use of company vehicles for local travel.
